I have changed my mind can I return what I have bought?

Yes you can. We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return them, as long as the item is in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

 

I received the wrong item how can I return it?

We apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with Free 3 Day Returns Or we will send you the right item if you wish so. I received a defected or damaged item, can I get a refund?

 We apologize that you received a defected or damaged item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is defected or damaged, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

 

What are the items that can’t be returned?

All the items you buy from our site are returnable as long as the items are in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. And make sure you contact us   within 3 days from the day your order is delivered.

 

How long does it take to the courier to collect the items?

 Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.


How can I get a refund to my credit card?

Please note that all Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly after we receive the return item. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card) then the money would be refunded to your card, but depending on individual’s bank requirements, the amount may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement

 

I paid through cash on delivery, how can I receive a refund on the item?

Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly after we receive the return item. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or then the money would be refunded in the form of shoppingwave credit and will be credited to your shoppingwave Account balance.

From your shoppingwave Account balance, you can either easily make new purchases on shoppingwave.ae or we will simply transfer the credit balance to your personal bank account, or we will contact you and arrange cash refund through a courier.

 

I lost the original baking in which I received can I still return it?

 In this case it will be very hard to do the return since we accept return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team (+971)-2-6333446).
